Investment requirements

The applicant must make investment in either of the two options:

Option 1: A one-time donation of $150,000 (for single applicant) and $200,000 (for a family of four) to the National Transformation Fund [NTF]. This is a government fund created with the aim of developing the economy of Grenada.

Option 2: An investment of $350,000 in real estate in Grenada which must be maintained for a minimum of four years. Properties available under the program are approved by the government. The investor will need to own the property for at least four years.

The investment amount can be increased if the applicant wishes to include family members.

Other requirements

  • Absence of sanctions, restrictions or bans on entry to EU countries, USA, the UK and Canada
  • Absence of a criminal record and criminal proceedings for serious crimes.
  • Ability to confirm the legality of the source of income.
  • Impeccable personal and business reputation.
  • Good health condition.

Family Coverage

Passport of Grenada can also be obtained by the spouse, dependent children over 18 years; children regardless of age, having a mental or physical disability, Dependent parents of the main applicant and/or spouse of over 65 years.
