\nEasy\nTransition from Temporary Residency to Citizenship<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nIf\nqualified, holders of the visa are given Portugal\ntemporary residence permit<\/strong>\nin Portugal for one year in which holder has to reside for a total of\n7 days. It is renewable after that for two two-year periods in which\nthe investor has to reside in Portugal for a total of 14 days for\neach such period. After spending 5 total years as temporary resident\nof the country, the resident can apply for permanent residence of\nPortugal.
